How to kill your filtrated ants…(negative thoughts)

Good day my dear folks! How are you doing this first of march aka day 60 of 365, 2022?

I hope, as good as I feel the beauty of the month coming!

Well, well, dear readers! What’s new today? Does Vladimir Putin want to kill his equals? The LGBTQ community is still banned in some countries? The speculations about a coming war?

Well, let me tell you another news of today: You! Me! And Everyone! We are “news” every day we get to wake up! Do we really want to focus and fix all the mess in the world or do we want to save the broken pieces? Like our own mess, the ones that made us feel angry, sad, or gave us the wants to go revenge mode or worst go suicidal mode… How many suicides so far? …

“L’enfer c’est les autres.” _ Jean-Paul Sartre

Probably well sung by Youssoupha, where at the end he asks if hell is really in other people or is it in him? I finally agreed with the last one because I made the run and I think I won the race. Well, I don’t know if I did because tomorrow might exist…

Remember; “if you think straight, you do straight.”

If you read last month’s article, you will see that I gave some self exercises in order to obtain good filtered thoughts, in other words, the point where you think positively more often, make better choices and understand your fellows easily.

Observation — Acceptance — Filtration

Now, let me explain to you why filtration is so important to master; just like I said before, it’s somehow the separation between the positive thoughts and the negative ones. Did you know that the negative ones could lead you to your own death? Or death of others? If you did good! Because most people don’t know that. So I believe, in order to avoid speedup death and to create happiness from the positive thoughts, we will need to make an extra study in the separation process which is to know the other side of you or the negative you. I mean, you have to understand the origin of the negative thoughts, the ones that made you unhappy sometimes or made you hate the entire world and maybe yourself. I call them “ants” or “inner demons” and the study will be based on meeting them, observing them, filtering them, and then caging them.

MEET YOUR DEMONS AND CAGE THEM.

My dear folks this is the point where the filtration process gets harder and more challenging. You have to fight yourself and win the battle, get that?! You have to fight what drags your self-esteem down, your health down, what makes your days ugly, and with time, your life miserable. What exactly is it that you have to fight and cage? Well, your ego, your jealousy, your inner anger, your inability to ask for help, your fears, your limitations, the beliefs that made you feel mediocre, and everything that kept you from having peace of mind. I’ll take ego for example; how many times have you missed an opportunity because of your ego? If I have to talk for myself, I have missed “loads” of them, not that I was unable to cease them, I was just stupid enough to think that my own feet would take me to what I wanted or where I wanted, which is absolutely not true. See ego makes you think that you need no one but yourself in whatever you do and it has a bad influence on your daily life, it makes you feel like you have an answer to everything, and thinking this way makes you listen to more of your negative thoughts until you end up miserably proud( proud and miserable at the same time). Trust me, listening to ego is not intelligence, it’s stupidity. I’d love you to understand that on the filtration process you will have to ear your ego and realize how much it can have stupid advice, and at the moment you understand that it was the first enemy of your life, you will eventually have to cage it. And the worst part is that there isn’t only ego to cage. Folks, this path isn’t easy, so I highly suggest you find the good friend within you or your surrounding who will understand you and keep you from hurting yourself when you have realized some truths about what those inner demons can do to you. Somehow, I have been lucky enough when I was crossing my own hell, as I call it now. I had good company from a friend who was crossing the same hell but was confident enough to fight it like a boss. And to be honest, I will forever be grateful to have that man as a friend for he saved me from the worst of my depression and my suicidal thoughts. See folks, if you don’t filter them and fight them right now, they might end up taking a physical form, like bad friends, small ambitions, easy hate, envy or even self hate and all these are able to torture you for the rest of your life until they kill you.

“Watch yourself, before you watch the world.”

The aim of filtration is not really to ignore the negativity inside us, the aim is to learn from it and recognize its smell, then cage it so that you can live a happier life. And every time they reappear, you will know what to do and how to stop it from talking to you.

The truth is, we suffer more often in imagination than we do in reality and there is nothing in this world that can trouble you as much as your own thoughts, so before we go out there and focus on what we can’t seem to fix; let’s focus on the one thing we are able to fix and if possible do it with the most understanding being you know on earth. This hard exercise will not only help you fix yourself but it will help you to forgive yourself( if some of your thoughts choked you and made you cry or fear yourself) and forgive those who or what caused you to think negatively and at the end, it helps you focus on the thoughts that make you happy and will make you happier for life.

“Self-awareness is power.”

Dear readers, filtration holds one specific power which liberates you for good. And you will have to guess which power it is, because it lies in you and it has always been lying in you; be courageous enough to go find that power within you and trust that when you do, you break your own chains and so nothing will feel impossible to you; filtration won’t just give you back your happiness but your serenity and freedom as well.

How about we start by fixing our own belief system and thinking process or thoughts and letting the problems of the world fix themselves?

P.S: We never know what Putin’s been through during his childhood for him to feel like creating a war today. So instead of ignoring what can cause us to be like him one day, focusing on what matters and praying with good hopes for those who are living his madness will feel like we’re starting to fix something.

Until next month, take care of your body, mind, and soul ;)
